Strategies[]
The Billy Cart has a small and thin profile allows it escape undesirable situations with clashing cars and avoiding incoming cannonballs. Due to it's decent mobility, the front cannon and spike gadgets are good for close-range encounters. Conversely, it doesn't handle pursuits and close-range encounters well, as its speed, while decent, isn't particularly high and it has no insurance against melee approaches.
