- If the vehicle capsizes, you won't see anything inside the box other than 4 wheels.
- Despite being made of paper, it still has 5 health, just like the majority of the vehicles.
- Cardboard was added in the Hollows Update.
- The vehicle is likely a reference to people posing as ghosts in a blanket to scare others in Halloween. However, it does not have holes for headlights, unlike the blankets.
- This vehicle could also be a reference to Metal Gear Series, where the main characters have the ability to hide in a cardboard box.
- It's often very hard to distinguish the front and the rear of the vehicle because of it's shape that may cause confusion. However, this can be resolved by having a power-up that always points forwards or backwards.
